- FIX PRESSURE AND MEASURE TRAVEL: Primarily used on soft fruits, citrus, tomatoes, and avocados, this method measures deformation while applying a fixed pressure. This mode also supports measurements using the FIRMETCH standard.
- FIX TRAVEL AND MEASURE PRESSURE: Commonly used when Wonderfast functions as a penetrometer, this strategy measures pressure at a set depth, ideal for firmer produce but adaptable to soft fruits as well.
