The PAL-BX/ACID 7 combined fruit acidity and sugar meter is designed to measure blueberry acidity and refractive index on the %Brix scale. This unique instrument has no analogues in the world. You no longer need reagents or consumables. Furthermore, this instrument can now also function as a refractometer. This means you can measure both blueberry acidity and sugar content with a single instrument. This instrument can also be used to determine the sugar/acid ratio.
