PAL-EASY ACID1 REFRACTOMETER (Citrus)

The PAL-Easy ACID 1 fruit acidity meter is designed to measure citric acid concentration. It measures total acidity and converts it to citric acid. Unlike traditional titration, this meter uses electrical conductivity, allowing for a much faster and easier determination of concentration. The PAL-Easy ACID 1 can measure acidity of citrus fruits including oranges, mandarin oranges, and lemons.
