The PAL-Easy ACID 2 grape and wine acidity meter is designed to measure tartaric acid concentration. It measures total acidity and converts it to tartaric acid. Unlike traditional titration, this device uses electrical conductivity, allowing for a much faster and easier determination of concentration.
